Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-2 lime (juiced)
- 2 shallots (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 lbs steak
- coconut oil (optional)
- ground ginger, salt , pepper (optional)
- saute shallots in coconut oil till soft
- add fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce and red pepper flakes
- keep warm over low heat.
- season steak (ground ginger, salt and pepper)
- saute in coconut oil about 15 minutes or until desired doneness
- slice thin and serve with rice and sauce
Sorry but no pictures this time, it was all gone before I remembered, but it was different and delicious.
*you should be able to taste the fish sauce and lime and it is a bit spicy.
